Acting for Hallam Land Management Limited and William Davis Limited, P&DG secured outline planning permission for over 900 homes on the edge of Market Harborough.  The greenfield scheme will also provide a new primary school, local shops, marina, hotel, community facilities and a country park.  The permission represents the culmination of sustained effort over a number of years of promotion through the Local Plan, identification as part of a strategic growth area, and extensive community engagement on the masterplan.  Located adjacent to the Grand Union Canal with easy access to the countryside and good connections to the town, the development will be highly desirable.
