Promotion
Planners at P&DG have been promoting land at Lime Lane, Derby on behalf of JGP Properties Ltd through the Derby City Local Plan process. The team secured both the review of the Green Wedge and allocation of the western part of the site in the Plan, subsequent public consultation and an outline application for up to 250 dwellings, means of access, public open space, drainage, ecology and landscaping improvements.
Permission
The proposals were received outline planning permission in March 2016 following completion of the S106 Agreement, and after the Planning Committee’s resolution to grant four months previously. The practice is currently involved in the promotion of the remaining part of the site in Part 2 of the Local Plan for residential development and significant public access and biodiversity opportunities.
